The Critical Resource Tracker allows hospitals to submit necessary COVID and Flu data.
Hospitals can currently submit data via the following methods:
- Manual entry
- 'Drag and Drop' CSV File Upload
- Automated CSV
- API Integration
- To manually enter data for your organization, or view your organization's submitted data in the Tracker, you will need an account at
- Production: https://tracker.openbeds.net
- Test Site: https://tracker-prep.openbeds.cloud
- Note: Organizations are created on a location basis. Administrator accounts can be created for the hospital itself, or for a hospital system, if you need to be able to view and manage multiple locations.
- To upload CSV files, an upload/'Drag and Drop' account is needed.
- The URL for the production site site is: https://tracker-web.openbeds.net
- The URL for the test site is: https://tracker-web-prep.openbeds.net
- If you need an upload account, or are having trouble accessing your upload account, currently you will need to contact us - submit a ticket using the button at the top or bottom of this screen, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Note: Several changes are coming to improve access issues with upload accounts. Information regarding upcoming changes will be published to this Help Center.
- To submit via Automated CSV or API integration, you'll need an API key. You can use the Submit a Request button at the top and bottom of this page to request one.
