1. Can records be resubmitted?
a. Submission of records with a datetime_collection of a previous day is discouraged.
Corrected records may not be reflected in HHS Protect (Federal Government) submissions or NC BIDP.
2. To whom can I send a message?
a. State admins can message all health system admins or as many as they select.
b. Health system admins can message all health system admins who are part of their health system, hospitals admins who are part of their health system, or specific hospitals that are part of their health system.
3. Who can see the messages I send?
a. Health system messaging cannot be seen by state admins.
